During our 45-minute session, we’ll:

• Chat about what’s happening with your child and what you hope to improve

• Break down what’s working and what’s tricky right now

• Come up with a few simple, actionable steps you can try right away

• Answer your questions and offer guidance tailored just for your family

• Virtual or in-person availability

This program is designed to help you bring more calm, confidence, and connection to your family—without feeling like you have to do it all alone. Over the course of 2 weeks, we’ll work together to figure out what’s feeling off and put practical strategies into action.

Here’s what we’ll do together:

• Start with a 45-minute chat to uncover your current challenges and create a realistic plan you can actually use

• Keep the conversation going throughout the week (Marco Polo or Voxer) so you can get quick feedback as you try new strategies

• Receive personalized tools and tips tailored to your child and your routines

• 30-minute call to finish up our weeks and set a plan for going forward

Need the right tool for your PreK–2nd grader? From extra math help to sticker charts that actually work—I’ll create a custom resource just for your child.

Learn, connect, and grow with your mom friends! In this 90-minute workshop, you pick the parenting topic and invite your circle of friends, and I’ll bring practical strategies and real-life ideas.
